View and Edit Metric Weightings

Weightings are based on a +/- 10-point sliding scale. The higher the weighting, the more impact the metric in question has on the scorecard score.

To view and edit metric weightings, complete the following steps:

1. Select the Metrics, Control Account Metrics, or Work Package Metrics tab.
2. In the Metrics pane on the left side of the window, select a metrics view (folder). The metric weightings display on the right side of the window.
3. Use the sliders to edit the weightings.
